Session Policy Agreement

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• 24-hour advance notice required for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Each session block includes 2 free reschedules. Additional reschedules incur a $25 admin fee.
• First missed session (no-show without notice): courtesy waiver extended once.
• Second missed session: $75 no-show fee charged and session is forfeited.
• Session packages expire 6 months from purchase date.
• Unused sessions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase.
